This class will be a gentle hatha yoga practice. You may practice on your mat or utilize a chair for support. Guidance for all levels will be offered.
Our focus will be on gentle, nourishing movement, meditation, breath work, and self-compassion as we share time at this wonderful local art gallery & coffee shop.
Stay after class to visit with the community and have a cup of tea. Bring your travel mug, and yoga mat with you. We'll provide the rest.
