I've been practicing yoga for 15 years & teaching for 13. My classes are trauma-informed, accessible, and designed to support you to feel good in your body & more balanced overall in your life.
In 2017, I received my VITA™ Coaching Certification from Layla Martin specializing in a body-based style of coaching that invites transformation to happen from the inside out.
I offer 1:1 life coaching, private & public yoga classes, online yoga classes, and workshops to support you to bring more joy, pleasure, and wonder into your life. I want you to ENJOY your life in every way possible from your relationships to the work you do!
I started teaching yoga in 2010 and opened my studio, Soul Garden Yoga in 2014. For the past 10 years, I've been offering in person (and online during lockdown) to the community of Indian Head.
This past November, on the anniversary of my dad's passing, a stray cat found his way into my heart & the studio. Bringing Ronnie (named after my dad) into the studio meant that I had to change the way I was offering classes.
We moved classes online & my yoga offerings are growing to include travel -to-you classes, workplace classes & life coaching. Have a poke around & feel free to reach out to learn more about how you can practice or work with me!

Yoga is an invitation to meet your body. For some, this isn't difficult. For others, your body may not feel like a safe place yet. I trust you to meet your body, learn about your body, and do your practice in your own time. All coaching & yoga sessions are trauma-informed and offer options & spaciousness for you take all the time you need to feel comfortable with body-based practices.
I LOVE LOVE music & bring it into practice as a way to anchor into the experience, invite an emotional relationship with the practice, and to increase everyone's enjoyment. When you practice with me online, you have the option to play a curated spotify playlist that will be shared via email prior to the class. Of course, you can choose to practice with whatever music you like or opt for a quiet practice.
